Of course, we knew from previous trips how beautiful Provence is – and of course we had learned a lot about Domaine de Paraillon on the Internet – and we also received several recommendations from Saarland friends who recommended Domaine de Paraillon to us. Paraillon in the heart of the most beautiful colors.
But what awaited us during our week-long stay at Domaine de Paraillon eclipsed all that! The complex, the buildings, the apartments, the colors, the swimming pool, the garden, developed and built with a lot of love and individuality. Art everywhere in the buildings and outside. And behind each photo there is a story that the patron told us with great empathy.
We enjoyed the incomparable, relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The shared aperitif every evening – as long-time pastis drinkers we discovered the “Henri Bardouin”, which has a good chance of becoming our new “house aperitif” in Saarbrücken. Or a dinner together with interesting conversations and lots of exchange of information. Latifa’s culinary skills and the excellent wine now force us – back in Saarbrücken – to go to the gym more often. The extra pounds must disappear!
Dear Wolfgang, dear Latifa, it was great with you! We spent an unforgettable week with you. Most likely repeat!

Family vacation with two half-grown children: should you compromise? Not with you! The whole family felt comfortable with you from the first to the last minute.

Your property is the ideal place to relax and at the same time the starting point for spectacular trips to Provence and the French Riviera. In the evening you can end the day in good company and with an excellent meal and exchange ideas with the other guests about what you experienced during the day. This is how the excursions of the next few days arise quite spontaneously. You feel at home and among friends.

I have just looked through the guest book and I must say that I am still looking forward to the trip to Roeders in wonderful Provence. I have really fallen in love with Domaine de Parayon since 2006. We have been there about 13 times and have never been disappointed. The delicious food, imagined by Latifa, the engaging attitude of Wolfgang and Sami to top it all off – simply magnificent! thank you very much to you three for allowing us to experience a wonderful week of vacation with you under the Provence sun.
When we arrived on Sunday at 35 degrees, we were quickly able to forget the cold of the Saarland and immediately felt in a joyful
holiday atmosphere. The fantastic ambience of your property and the rooms, which were furnished with great attention to detail, made us feel immediately at home. In addition to the magnificent Provençal landscapes that we discovered every day and the detours through the Côte d’Azur, the joint dinner was a highlight. Latifa knows how to concoct a varied, pleasant and creative menu of 4 to 5 dishes every evening. And you, dear Wolfgang, of course make sure every evening that your guests are well supplied with drinks and conversations. We will probably come back next year.

We have never experienced it like this: the calm, the large plot of land, the rooms in small houses with outdoor space. In the evening, a good meal together at a beautifully set table in the courtyard. The delicious food, the regional wines and the evening communication with the other friendly guests, the boss Wolfgang and the adorable “little boss” Sami was always a wonderful party.
