Of course, we knew from previous trips how beautiful Provence is – and of course we had found out a lot about the Domaine de Paraillon on the Internet – and we also had several recommendations from friends from Saarland who recommended the Domaine de Paraillon to us in the most beautiful colors heart.
But what awaited us during our week-long stay at the Domaine de Paraillon eclipsed all of that! The complex, the buildings, the apartments, the colors, the pool, the garden, developed and built with a lot of love and individuality. Art everywhere in the buildings and outside. And behind every picture there is a story that the patron told us with a lot of empathy.
We enjoyed the incomparable, relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The shared aperitif every evening – as long-time pastis drinkers, we discovered the “Henri Bardouin”, which has a good chance of becoming our new “house aperitif” in Saarbrücken. Or dinner together with interesting conversations and a lot of exchange of information. Latifa’s cooking skills and the excellent wine are now forcing us – back in Saarbrücken – to go to the gym more often. The extra pounds have to go!
Dear Wolfgang, dear Latifa, it was great with you! We had an unforgettable week with you. Repeat very likely!

Dear Latifa, you have delighted our taste buds with your cooking skills, which were demonstrated again and again in the five-course menu every evening.
very spoiled. A real feast for the taste buds!!!! We would like to thank you, dear Wolfgang, for the good advice on the aperitif and wine selection and the relaxed atmosphere with nice conversations.

Dear Latifa, dear Wolfgang and Sami,

Family vacation with two half-grown children: Do you have to make compromises? Not with you! The whole family felt comfortable with you from the first to the last minute.

Your property is the perfect place to relax and at the same time the starting point for spectacular trips to Provence and the Côte d’Azur. In the evening you can end the day in good company and with excellent food and exchange ideas with the other guests about what you experienced during the day. This is how the excursions for the next few days arise quite spontaneously. You feel right at home and like you are among friends.

Thank you very much! We look forward to a reunion!

I have just leafed through the guest book and I have to say that I still look forward to the trip to Roeders in wonderful Provence every time. I’ve really fallen in love with the Domaine de Parayon since 2006. We’ve been there about 13 times and have never been disappointed. The delicious food, conjured up by Latifa, Wolfgang’s engaging manner and Sami to top it all off – simply magnifique! So we are already looking forward to 2024. Be it because of Wolfgang’s smug manner, Samy’s youthful charm and Lattifa’s loving, friendly manner, this holiday was like coming home for us.

We were really happy to be here again after a long time.
As always, everything was “parfait”: Latifa’s cooking skills, Wolfgang’s moderation, the charming Sami as “head waiter”.

The ambience and magical flair of Provence verte amaze us again and again.

Not to forget the service of the rest of the team and our Saarland “comrades-in-arms” as well as those who are there for the first time

Many thanks to you three for allowing us to experience a wonderful week of vacation with you in sunny Provence.
When we arrived on Sunday at 35 degrees, we were quickly able to forget the cold Saarland weather and were immediately happy
Holiday mood. The fantastic ambience of your property and the rooms, which were furnished with great attention to detail, made it easy for us to immediately feel at home. In addition to the beautiful Provencal landscape, which we discovered every day, and the detours to the Cote d’Azur, the communal dinner was a highlight. Latifa knows how to conjure up a varied, enjoyable, creative 4 to 5 course menu every evening. And you, dear Wolfgang, of course make sure every evening that your guests are well provided with drinks and conversation. We will probably come back next year.

Dear Latifa, dear Wolfgang, This was our first time, but certainly not the last time, at the Domaine de Paraillon. We have never experienced it like this before: the peace and quiet, the large grounds, the rooms in small houses with outdoor space. In the evening, a good meal together at a beautifully set table in the courtyard. The delicious food, the regional wines and the evening communication with the other nice guests, the patron Wolfgang and the lovely “little boss” Sami was always a wonderful celebration. Dear Latifa, dear Wolfgang It’s been a long time since saying goodbye to us wasn’t as difficult as saying goodbye to your little paradise. Gate open – gate closed – another world…just peace, cicada music, sunshine, the finest cuisine and very friendly staff. We were able to enjoy all of this in the best company.
